By accessing or using Steadify's training document management platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Steadify provides a cloud-based training document management platform designed for regulated industries. The Service includes document management, training assignment and tracking, electronic signatures, and audit trail capabilities.

3. User Accounts

To use the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Upload malicious code or content
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

5. Subscription and Payment

The Service is offered on a subscription basis. The first user account is free. Additional users are billed at $35 per user per month. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

6. Data Ownership

You retain all rights to your data. We do not claim ownership of any content you upload to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

7. Compliance

While our platform is designed to support FDA 21 CFR Part 11 compliance, you are responsible for ensuring your use of the Service complies with all applicable regulations for your industry.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Steadify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
